Yea... everything except for the porting/polishing... it was done by a friend of mine.

Hmm good work but I thought the biggest gains in an intake manifold were from spacing out the runner bell mouths? I think your manifold would be better for boost altho hey if it works **** it haha.

You will see alot of power increase from the manifold's ability to keep adequate air flow to the head.

The s2k head flows really good, so opening the manifold runers up, will allow for more power.

Flowing the manifold before and after, will be able to tell you how it will afect the power band.

Also changing the plenum size will decrese or increase your rpm peek torque/hp.

I wonder how difficult/ if its worth it to apply the way M3s induct air. They have an ITB setup with a closed manifold design. Any thoughts?

You can use a air box to enclose the ITB's, but it has to be big enough not to obstruct the way the air will flow around the bellmount of the stack.

Usually the rule of thumb, is that you need at least the same ammount of space around the stack, as the ammount the stack stays off the bottom of the air box.
