Default FPR install parts

Hi all, I'm going to fit an Aeromotive FPR and using a Toda fuel rail like the one below, and looking for some pointers. Note I'm away from my car for a few weeks so can check anything!

I want to go for this setup below with the OEM fuel supply banjo and the return line all off the right hand side of the rail. No problem on the supply side as my fuel rail accommodates the banjo. The line back to the FPR is AN6 so no issues here either, will get an AN6 90 degree fitting for that and run it back to the FPR

My question is how I connect the OEM return line to the FPR?

It looks like on the OEM rail it's a hose, so do I need a barbed 1/8npt fitting to connect to the FPR outlet and then out the OEM hose over it, or does the OEM hose turn to hard pipe / fitting a bit further back?

Not sure if it's safe to connect supply and the line to the FPR on the same side?
The fuel return hose is around 6.5mm, Aeromotive 15627 is pretty expensive 6AN o-ring to 7mm barb fitting that should fit your needs.
Otherwise you can get something like this with the correct barbed fitting http://www.ebay.com/itm/380780093426

Also if decide to replace that stock banjo hose for AN there is a nice adapter here https://www.radiumauto.com/M14-Inver...tyle-P375.aspx
Fullblown does them to and maybe that Ebay store I linked to as well, I bought one but haven't test fitted it yet

Thanks Flanders! Some good links there.

I Wasn't sure on using the same side for supply and return either, but effectively the return is just a relief line, and a lot of people seem to do it? Toda show that setup on their instructions too. Would be interested in some input there.

When I set up my ITBS I believe that I ran the OEM return line to the barbed fitting on the bottom of my Aeromotive FPR.

Also note Aeromotive FPR has specific configs depending on how your fuel system is plumbed. Follow their directions and use whatever fittings you need, barbed, AN, etc

Great thanks.

Looks like the Tomei one comes with fittings already and it's a bit better priced so might go with that.
