Intake or Header first?

Default Intake or Header first?

I have just ordered my exhaust it is going to be Greddy SE Dual...

So Im thinking what should be my next mod Intake or Header?

My choice on parts any thoughts?

Intake would show more gains so I say go with that.

Intake for sure..
Sound great, small bump in HP and Milage
Many headers loose HP, not worth it unless you get high end, then it might be too much.

ems on stock I/H/E wont show much gain....

so i guess intake first! or even.. a test pipe! haha

Testpipe/HFC, then header (Js, Toda or ASM), then EMS (tuned of course)

Well, the order is not that relevant, most important is that you get the 3 mods.

Oh yes.. you can also get at the end some intake and/or exhaust (to get some nice sound and weight savings)

Wrong. Just a tune on a 100% OEM motor will show better gains than any bolt on you do on s2k's. Adding any bolt on without an EMS in it's future, is just silly.

Agreed ems even on boltons or stock motor will see amazing gains.

To the op I say test pipe and an intake then ems and and header.unless u got moneys then ems now and tune it then do the next boltons and retune

Which EMS do you have?

I agree that an EMS is the best bang for the buck, if performance is your goal. However, some people want an intake or exhaust for sound. If so, the PWJDM intake is NOT the right choice, since it is super quiet. You also won't make much power with any intake unless you have a way to lower VTEC and tune.
