Different bellhousing, motor mount locations, coolant hoses, belt drive, A/C compressor, wiring harness. Intake manifold also meant for a FWD car that would put the Throttle body in the cowl.

That's 7 reasons why it's a bad idea. I'm failing to see 1 reason why it's good.

Why not just buy the I-VTEC kit? I think you would end up spending less by going that route then trying to swap in a K24.

Why not just put a k24 crank in the f20 and call it a day.

I visit to see the new "Audi Styled" headlights and 3rd brake light options. Stuff like that is really good because it updates our old 2000 cars and makes them look like 2010 models. It's also safe because LEDs are very bright and work very well as DRL and brake lights. They also use less energy putting less strain on the alternator, which engine run more efficient and resulting in less fuel consumption making the car more Green. In conclusion, updating our lights and adding aerodynamic parts that reduce drag saves the rain forest and baby penguins.

You don't want to kill the rain forest and baby penguins do you?
Ill club baby seals with baby penguins. And nothing about headlights is in the NA forum

All good points. Seems like it would take 5-6 months to do all of this. I'm guessing getting a clutch made would take the longest time to get together. Don't do it kevos2k, too much work involved.
