Ok, so in other words you would then be stacking, which is fine, but you just have to remember the karcepts fuel and ignition tables are now the baseline, and the stock ecu will read both tunes and calculate them as one stacked map. This isn't totally uncommon with emanage anyway, if you want to say tune a map based on kpa and another off throttle percentage opening, but again just realize it starts becoming a little more convoluted because you have to consider potential overlap and then of course the stacking in the map tables to equal the singular outcome the stock ecu works from. I always preferred to work off of one map for each tuning parameter, but if you wan to make a fuel or ignition adjustment to the karcepts tune, then you just create another blank map and make the correction in the corresponding cell based off where you would in the karcepts map cell, not that hard. In a way that's probably better, so you get to preserve the karcepts map if you ever have a hiccup or want to go back to it for any reason, you just delete or 0 out your stacked map.

Yes just ad another fuel map table and then put some negative numbers around those super rich areas.

Great info! Thanks for that.

I'm not exactly sure how vtec would work though with a separate map, since its a on/off switch essentially, not a blended map with percentages that you can stack maps the same way. Would have to do some experimenting there.

You wont be able to do any changes to VTEC since that table is locked.

I dont know how much my stock ap1 from 02 made, but after password jdm intake, 70mm header, greddy tic and an engine tq damper, I made 207 whp on two different dynojet dynos.
made 224 after tune. I got the tune not only to get the most out of my mods, but also because I suspected the test pipe would cause it to run lean..and lo and behold...
