[QUOTE=Harpoon,Aug 20 2010, 07:45 PM] ASM installs the Toda pulley kit in Japan again, and again, and again.

Again why are people that never drove a car with pullies or bought and tried them out themselves commenting..? I can comment all I want in the forced induction section since all my other cars have been turbo but do I have an experience with particular kits no.. so I don't..
again my 2 cents.. take a chance buy a product and try it out before you sit there and bash it

Because I didn't waste my money on a mod that doesn't do anything, I can't warn people that the mod does nothing?

That makes perfect sense...

Here we go with the "bling" scheme again.

Our culture is one where being negative gives a feeling of power to people. It is a destructive tendency and doesn't contribute anything of creative value. Oh well.
This pic is from GoTuning's visit of the ASM shop awhile ago.

Label me as negative simply because I don't buy marketing hype? Sure, that's not making this personal

I mean, J's has their colorful valve cover, does it add power? ALL that bling must do something, right?

J's Racing uses a strut bar. It must add chassis stiffening, right? It can't be just bling...

(BTW: A quick google images search found this series of pics of the ASM car...doesn't look like those blinging toda pulleys are present:

http://www.superstreetonline.com/eventcove...n/photo_04.html )
They are present in the pic you linked. 3 different colours. red, blue or black. those are the black ones.

Sure about that?

Because the designs of the pulleys don't match between the pic I found and the pic of the red ones
