I never reached out to them -- really cannot afford to send it back to them given my car would be down until they'd return it.

But the sticking only happened on a really long roadtrip (so far). It could be that it'll stick when I autocross, won't be autocrossing again until the end of July though.

For me, i am still trying to get mine all together. Just port matched on a 4Piston cylinder head. Kind of a cringe to do that to a CNC head. Its done though...looks pretty good. Got a few more things to knock off the list. Including a walbro 255 to feed the beast and intake pipe fabrication. Everything else is somewhat minor. Hoping to get it done quicker now the manifold part is finished. I am getting more and more anxious!!! Dyno soon...

What injectors are you using? My 05 ap2 injectors seem too short and o rings are way too small.

Took forever to sort those out one by one. The biggest challenge was coming to terms with the proper o-rings for the fuel injectors (I reused the grams performance 550cc from my s2000 AEM fuel rail). For those looking to replicate my setup: use green o-rings on the bottom and brown o-rings on the top of the injectors. Also, use plenty of Permatex Aviation form-a-gasket on all threaded connections.. wonderful stuff. And I got 25mm (or 1in) steel spacers from Tractor Supply, then ground 2.5mm off of them to have them serve as the fuel rail mount spacers. These will not break.. ever. God-bless american made stainless steel.

Here is a taste of just how awful the leaking was.. scary and not fun:

I am using ID1000's for my set up. I had no fitment issues at all. They seemed some what "loose" in the manifold bore. The O ring on the end is pretty large however. I don't think ill have any issues. "famous last words"

Is everyone using oem radiator hose? Seems like it's a real tight fit and rubs on the manifold. Anyone having same issue?

I used Mishimoto Radiator Hose Kit (MMHOSE-S2K-00BK) and didn't have any issues with rubbing (But I also have the Mishimoto radiator).
