i still like this. i might order this for the hell of it. but im just curious if i will need a intake manifold to match the tB port.

Before you drop this kind of money, I really suggest you read about building a parts package rather than just Lego-building and slapping shit on here-and-there.
It's doesn't work like this, contrary to all the clever marketing you see: intake +5hp manifold +7hp throttle body+8hp exhaust +10hp Wow! 30hp! WRONG. |
For NA you want a taper TB. Not sure how much you're going to bore to intake manifold, but ultimately you want it to taper to the exact size of the intake manifold.
Since you're doing the work, you will have all the answers you need, just need to research which product will give you want you want. |

SOS ported the stock TB 4mm larger on inlet and outlet and shaved the fastners on the buttefly. |

I had 72mm TB from BDL, if you match the manifold it takes extensive welding. BDL also mounts the MAP on the bottom of the TB, if you have AEM V2 and you ever get the least bit of water up into your TB the water will go straight into the MAP, this happened to me. Its a $70 sensor, I sold that setup.

I will probly go with the scienceofspeed taper bore throtle body looks like the best bang for the buck . Get and dyno it and tell me if its worth it :D

guess i would be going for spoon throtle body then.

i have the SOS throttle body and it just improved the throttle response and felt alittle gain just from the response but really nothing more....i would spend your money elsewhere.....:)
