Those are the first two mods I did to my car as well.
The next thing I did was the Hondata Intake Manifold gasket, and the difference that made was immediate and very noticeable. It completely eliminated heat bog. I'm not sure if the newer cars still get that, but the AP1's sure did, and I haven't had it since.
There really isn't such a thing as bang for the buck with this car. If you're on a budget, you have to decide what you want out of the car, then piece it together from there.
Honestly, the only thing I ever did that I NOTICED the change was the manifold gasket. Everything else adds some power, that isn't noticeable unless figured as a whole. Not considering sound changes of course!
