i can do that. i just can't heel-toe down shift with my left hand in a left hand drive car. i also cant take t9 and all that off-cambered fun with one hand...
btw, plate and screws with about 4-5 months recovery. ill catch you guys at the tail end of the season. And i just made the perfect 3.5 point STREET car with rcomps....
unfortunately, i wont be saving money. one thing more expensive than the track-crack hobby are medical bills. lol
Round 2 is done and the 2017 season is already getting interesting!! A total of 13 drivers made the trip out to Chuckwalla for a beautiful warm day.
Stock class had 2 competitors, both returning competitors from round 1 but with flipped results, with 1st place going to Yukio Kishimoto with a 2:12.019 on his first trip out to CVR. 2nd place went to Devin Chen with a 2:24.132 bringing us to a tie in stock class.
Street class showed 3 competitors, with 1st place going to our returning champion from round 1 William Jang with a 2:09.010. 2nd place honors went to first time S2K Challenge competitors Ryan Lafontaine with a 2:11.181 and 3rd was claimed by Mingkai Guo with a 2:12.411
Mod class had an impressive field of 7 competitors, nearly all veterans, ensuring heated competition, cinching top honors was none other than our resident hot-shoe Jeff Ringer with a 2:02.156. 2nd place honors went to Ryan Delgrosso with a 2:03.452. 3rd place went to challenge newcomer Robin Roces with a 2:03.912, 4th place was claimed by Richard Huang with a 2:04.104, 5th was Fabian Lacey with a 2:05.154, 6th was Jason Woan with a 2:05.241 and 7th was AJ Jaqias our sole wingless mod driver with a 2:07.761
Supermod had a single driver, returning from a long hiatus, Walter Chen taking 1st with a 2:08.960.
