Thanks.
Any adjustable coilover is 1.5. Adjustment is defined as "can be corner weighted or damping adjusted". Its not particularly hard to take a set of bilsteins and build a fixed-valve penske clone (we have had drivers do this) so we arent differentiating between "good" and "bad" coilovers and instead just saying all coilovers have equal potential if you open them up so they are all equal points.

E-manage, Flash pro, kpro, vafc, or ECU mismatch all take the ECU points. Again looking to eliminate "cheaty" setups and let people make the best quality decision. Pretty much everyone does flash pro/kpro. Some AEM.

Adjustable coilovers are anything that can be corner balanced or has an adjustment knob. There are a few sets of magic-bilsteins flying around that are performance parallel to a penske but without knobs. Dont want to create a cheater shock, instead we want people to make the best purchase decision for quality reasons not because of rules.

The same gos for ECU so, ECU mismatch, VAFC, emanage, AEM and Kpro all take ecu points. Most guys run flashpro/kpo. Some run AEM. We want drivers to choose the best performing parts for their dollar not pick a setup to maximize points buy.

On the fence if pulling aero and running a RS4 will be the streets of willow setup!

Boost and no aero! Here to play!

Ok, so the spreadsheet is more correct than the PDF, and Koni yellows + lowering springs are 1.5 points.

Also, is it possible to clarify the rules so piggybacks are listed with the ECU points?

Lastly, are the C71 and the C51 compound tires level 2 & 1 R-comps, respectively?

EDIT: are intake manifold, throttle body and pulleys free (no point modifications)?

Thanks.

for the tires. The C71 and C51 I believe are both the level 2 tire since they fall into the 61-99 treadware level. I think the C91 super soft are like 40TW and would be the 4 point level 3 fires. Same for the Hoosier A vs R compounds. But always refer to the TW for the tire.

C51 are L2 (listed as race compound)

C71/C91 are L3. (listed as autoX/ qualifying compound)

These are odd since they are all listed as 40TW

Ill make sure to clarify that when this is final, but the general rule is L2 are for DOT competition race tires and L3 are for DOT compeition qualifying/autox compounds

Koni yellows and lowering springs (not on threaded collars) would fall under the 1point (single adjustable on lowering springs). If you added threaded collars and race springs this would be 1.5.

Intake mani and throttle body are open. They dont seem to make much power on their own without supporting mods (intake, cams, ECU etc)

Need to fix section:

1-5.1 Vehicles with total Classing System points greater than 6.5 points and up to 12 points may compete in the Super-Modified Class.

You should also add points classification for the new tires (since they're no longer considered mid-season) - RS4 and VR-1, which I don't think are at RE-71r or RivalS levels of grip. There's enough data out on those two tires.

If I'm already taking the 1.75 points for a "Level 3 Wing", must I also take the .25 points for the ASM style trunk spoiler as well?

IF you want to run multiple rear wing components, it will land under level4 multi-element wing, so 2 points all in either way.
