A 3035lbs S2000?
An ap1 at HPDE weight is right around 2700lbs (full tank, full interior, no spare or tool kit). A rather intensive cage shouldn't add more than 100lbs or so. I couldn't imagine adding 235lbs of ballast/crap to the car to be classed better. You should just cut some weight and drive faster.

You're taking your wonderfully performing S2000 and DECREASING its performance by adding weight, instead of increasing the performance by cutting weight. You need to pick a new class to run in. You should have a bumper sticker that reads..."Your S2000 is faster than my S2000"
