Default 350Z vs S2000 on track

This was my first tandem run, I really wanted to make it look bad and finish with half a lap of distance between us. I went in hot, pushed it a bit too hard and cooked it. He passes me, I got my ish together, and i switch in to attack mode. pretty proud of my driving, I've got a lot to learn still, just happy my autocross experience has given me the ability to put my back tire anywhere I want.

you guys were trying to tandem? its not about how far you can loose the following car. tandem runs are supposed to be the following car gets as close as possible to the lead car and stays there. not to make the biggest gap inbetween cars. quit watching FD and watch D1 GP and D1 SL. Nice driving though.

That whole thing made me cringe for so many reasons.

But glad you guys are practicing on a closed course with other dorifters rather than on the street.

I did tandem an 86 with an f20 for a bit at the end of the day, we were much closer, i hope someone took some pics of that. the 350z run was my first tandem and it was more of a i want to show everyone what I've got so that i'd be paired with better drivers/faster cars kinda thing. never was in to watching any pro drifting, cant stand the us commentators. but on your tip i just watched some D1SL, wow. I'll only attempt that when i'm following, after i make a judgement call on the drivers skill. If I'm leading i'll leave it up to the other driver, as in if can keep up with me, he must be doing something right.

Drifting well in an S2000 is rather difficult.

wheels are stock ap1 wheels, with dunlop ZII 205 55 16's in the front and whatever tires i can find cheaply for the rear. this weeks flavor was starfire rsc2.0's i assume their much better than the 1.0's.

The car is mostly stock, stock suspension, with modified knuckles.

Looked like the Lime Rock Autocross track run counterclockwise.

I have been racing (vintage) on the main track a few times when the drifters were there for their bumper and tire fest.
