Yes, and you may find that the trunk design will either flex or crush all the foam seal. You need to distribute the loads through the trunk. Worthwhile to get a junk trunk to experiment or even race with.

yes, the wing can support its rating, but be careful on how you test this. The forces are distribued in a very unique fashion.

a gross test of this is to distribute the load as was mentioned, by use of sand bags. I used another wing on top of it, towels, and then with weights applied to the seat of a chair. I got it up to about 200lbs and measured forces of a spring scale on the rear hatch so i could match this at speed. in the end, the wing did exactly what it should have done for downforce at speed.

This technique is not representive of how the air flow will create forces. ambient pressure is on top of the wing and the faster the laminar flow can go, the lower the presure on the bottom. this differential pressures allow the higher pressure side to effectively push the wing down, but most of the lifting forces are toward the front of the wing(front 1/4 area).

And may vary across the length of the wing based on the angle of attack of the air coming of the car, any variation in cord width, cord twist, surface material, tip effects, etc. Anyway, it should hold assuming it's not from eBay. Wings are stronger than they look, but only with the loading they were designed to carry.
