Default Alignment question

I had my s2000 aligned this morning. I provided the specs that I wanted.
Front - 1 camber, max castor
Rear -2 camber, 0 toe front and rear.

Well the tech was able to get me -1 camber up front, -2.1 out back (im lowered) and on the print out it said -.02 left rear toe and .03 right rear toe. I asked him why the figures where off for the toe, he said the car was set to 0 toe while in the air, once it was put down thats what it it changed to due to my drop, but he assured me not to worry that it was zero.

Should I be concerned by being off by .02 and .03, or was this guy pulling my chain and he just didnt want to re do it.

So the toe wont change once the car is put back on the ground?
Im looking at the print out and its actually in degrees

Right Rear Toe : - .03%
Left Rear Toe : .02 %

Will this minor variance affect tire wear?
And effectively, wouldn't this equal -.01 total toe for the rear?

Yes, it does. So it should be adjusted with the weight on the wheels.

What do you mean by "in the air" and "put back on the ground"? The entire alignment is done with the car on it's wheels, so there is no before and after.

Well I watched as the alignment was done, the guy had the car on the lift the whole time adjusting some screws in the rear? He did this while looking at the computer screen and everytime he moved the bolt the number would change.

yeah but it's on it's wheels while on the lift in the air, and that's when the adjustments are done and the final readings made. So he is BS'ing if he says the toe changed when the lift was lowered. That said, I don't know if .02-.03 is significant (assuming it's degrees; can someone convert to inches?).

Its in degree's and I figured the 0.02 and .03 are just to small to worry about.

Both UK and US settings call for total toe of .40 , im running basically -.01

So should I bother even calling the place, the guy is a very respectable alignment shop.

I wouldn't worry about it.
