Default anti bump steer kits

Hey guys,

Just lowered my car a week ago with kw v3. Had the car alined at west end. I was at streets of willow this weekend and ran an ok time. but I was having alot of problem coming of the last turn going counter clockwise. At speed when I hit the apex of the turn the back end would become unstable. Feels like it going kick out.

I talked Darrin and he suggested to go with an anti bump steer kit for the back.

Just wondering which one I should go with. There seems to be two kinds of kits. One with rubber and one with a bearring. Which one should I go with. I track my car every two months. The car is a daily driver too. Just wondering also if this will stop this problem completly? Or do I need some other mods to?

that cant be toe.....prob camber

That last turn before the straight at SOW is tricky......it is somewhat off camber. I have lost it around that turn more than any where else on the course.....there is no bump there for you to correct with an antibumpsteer it actually smooth.....

That is a late apex corner, sharp turn and if you early apex you will find your self run out of room rather quickly.....

anyone else have any thoughts......I was getting rear wheel lift on that turn until I removed the rear bar.

I thought AP2's really didn't have a need for a BSK. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I suspect problem exists between seat and steering wheel if the problem is just 1 corner.

There are lots other tight lefts on the track.

Well I stilll have a lot to learn. But I can hit that corner at full trottle. but I just dont like the feeling of it. If that unstableness can be taken away Im pretty sure I gas earlier.

my point is that if just -1- left hander on the whole track is hard to control then its probably your line/inputs that are causing the over steer, not bump steer.

Correct me if I am wrong....but bumpsteer is exactly that...there needs to be a bump to cause enough of a deflection(?) in the toe to make you lose it.
