ya thats what i meant...when on the 215E to the 93S we have a little bump on the sweeping turn. the limit reads like 45mph or something, but i take it at 80mph.
That just means you're driving too fast on the street

Hey guys,

Just lowered my car a week ago with kw v3. Had the car alined at west end. I was at streets of willow this weekend and ran an ok time. but I was having alot of problem coming of the last turn going counter clockwise. At speed when I hit the apex of the turn the back end would become unstable. Feels like it going kick out.

I talked Darrin and he suggested to go with an anti bump steer kit for the back.

Just wondering which one I should go with. There seems to be two kinds of kits. One with rubber and one with a bearring. Which one should I go with. I track my car every two months. The car is a daily driver too. Just wondering also if this will stop this problem completly? Or do I need some other mods to?
it seriously sounds like 2 choices (note- I think Darrin is the bomb at aligning but I don't think he understood your problem):

1- you puckered just a bit and lifted when you hit the bump

2- the bump was way too big to hit at that speed

Ok

It's not bumpsteer, and the kit is not "needed" on the AP2. Bumpsteer can effect all kinds of things, like breaking, and corner exit though.

I'm going to assume it's not the driver even though that most likely is the issue.

If you take those things out I would look at:

1. Rear toe - add a bit more for a more stable car.
2. Shocks - If the car is unstable, adjust it out I know there is a guide in the FAQ if I remember right for the V3's.

with an ap2, you don't need a bumpsteer kit.

perhaps try a new line for that turn, or lower your rear tire pressure a bit.

You are not reading my comments. I can hit that turn at full speed and thottle with out losing control. I just dont like the feeling of it. If that can be taken away it would be great.

That feeling you don't like is the difference between an S2000 and an Evo. You aren't going to find a quick fix that totally changes the nature of the car.
Mike makes his entrance you've been MIA
