That is what I do. I barely get any oil in the catch.
I wish mine was that easy.

Just pulled the valve cover off mine to do the holes in the baffle.
Cap your PCV, see how easy that was?

Nick1 did that, and vented the front port, and he still fills his catch can in a few hot laps at Sebring. I'd rather just fix it than keep chasing trying to vent this and that.

Cap them both! lol

I feel like that is the advice we would get in s2000 Talk & Tech...

Was hoping to not have to go through trouble of drilling holes, but might have to i guess. Gonna try with capped pcv and breather to vented can and see what happens.

What concerns me is if the can overfills in middle of a session. I have to do something regardless as I was black flagged twice last time at track. Had the whole batman smoke screen like crazy.

replace your PCV with a fitting and then vent the breather/PCV to 2 vented catch cans. That seems to be the only solution for s2000's at our local tracks..

with a fast driver a recirculated PCV catch can would be full after a 15-20 minute session. With both catch cans vented they rarely need to be emptied

You guys have any suggestions on a fitting for the pcv hole. Planned on using a 90° barbed brass deal. One that fits snug in the grommet.

That should work on an AP1. The fitting being referenced is for the AP2s where the PCV is threaded into the valve cover and you can replace it with an AN fitting.

I run a supra pcv inline with breather filter on the end of the valve cover. I have minimal oil loss( i dont top off on track or normally) and im boosted. I check it all the time. I am also slow.... lol

NEW QUESTION -- got a vented can installed next to the abs module. By mistake and not planning. I now get some vapor fumes in the cabin from it. It's bearable but would like to alleviate if I can.

Anyone have a quick cure for that?

Yeah I'm sure that helps being further away. Thought crossed my mind of running the can vent filter all the way to Air intake box and using pass thru hole with the can filter mounted internal of air box.

This way any fumes will just get recycled through the intake. I think it will work in theory, but we all no theory And reality on the track aren't the same. Just would hate to hack up the air box any.
