Think about why more camber helps cornering. Then think again about how camber will affect tire wear.

Enthusiastically driven cars with factory alignments almost invariably wear out the outside shoulders of their tires first.
Yep.

I have over 19,000 street miles and 140 track miles on my original SO2's and they still look almost brand new, and that's with -2* to -3* front and -3* rear camber since new. Probably good for another 20,000 miles .
I am lucky to get 10k out of S03s with similar settings and I have a higher Treadwear rating than s02s. !!!! That is crazy.

The alignment shops that do custom alignment in Vegas have pits. No need to get on a jack. BTW...thanks for the tips guys. The car drives much better. You dont even want to know what my specs were before the alignment!

How much do they charge for alignment over a pit?

Depends on if they like you or not I typically pay about $100, but that's down from what they charged me when I first started going there.

Speaking of alignment... I'm taking my car in for an "autox" alignment on Tuesday. I've seen anywhere from -1.5 up of camber up front, how much camber can we really get up front? If I get -2 wouldn't that be better than -1.5 or -1.7? Same goes for the rear, try to get the most possible or stay around -2? On '05 what do you guys recommend for toe? Ian S recommend 1/8 toe out front and 0 n the rear.

Thanks for any help!
