You should max out your front camber. I don't think I've ever seen a stock S2000 get to -2 degrees, but if you can, all the more power to you.

Thanks, that's what I thought, just wanted to make sure people weren't picking -1.5 to 1.7 cuz it works better with stock suspension.

my front camber maxed out at -1.0 with zero toe. I imagine with like a 1/8th toe out you could get a little more. MY01

max possible FRONT camber is not hindered by toe setting. Were you thinking about caster instead of toe?

Even if it was possible to get more than 1.5 camber up front to improve cornering grip, you would lose braking traction on the other hand.

While we are at it, I read on some other thread that talked about loosening and shifting the front subframe to the side with less possible camber in order to maximize it. Although not significant, it works! I used to be able to get only a little under 1.5 camber on the driver front and a bit over 1.5 on the passenger front, with me sitting in the car. When I did my clutch swap, the subframe had to be loosened and lowered so I took the time to shift it to the driver side as much as possible before tightening up. Now I get just a little bit over 1.5 camber on both sides.

Well, picked up the car today and the #s look good! With 170 lbs driver:

LF: -1.75 (before -.47)
RF: -1.77 (-.57)

Toe is set to 0 for now, I'll try it at the next autox with the 710s and go from there.

LR: -2.25 (-1.46)
RR: -2.25 (-1.64)

Toe is also 0 in the rear.

The guys at the local shop said they had no problem getting that much camber up front and can probably get -2. I might try that next.
