Arrow Auto Traliers

Mod- if this doesnt belong here then remove it.

I figure it is kinda related to auto racing discussion due to the fact that some may tow their s2k to racing events.

I have very little knowledge about the trailers and I was hoping you guys can help me out.

I was looking at all aluminum open car trailer.
This open aluminum trailer is a 15' long deck space, and is 74 inches wide in between fenders. Both fender are completely removable. 4 Recessed d-rings, Fully Adjustable Ramps, Extruded aluminum full floor. This trailer is equipped with grade A safety chains, 6ply radials, 7000lb running gear - Rubber Torsion Axles w/ Easy Lube Hubs, and lightweight.

weight is 1100lbs.

I was quoted $4600.00

Is this too much? or is it about fair.
Anyone with knowledge about trailers, I would greatly appreciate it if you give me some thoughts on this.

thanks

Racing and Competition would be the better forum.

Sorry I can't help with price knowledge on aluminum. I bought an 18' open steel for $2400 at Tractor Supply. The open trailer lasted me for a few years and would still work though I wanted to move up to an enclosed. So the trailer you have listed will work for the car but if you have any thoughts about an enclosed I'd recommend that you just go enclosed now. If you didn't want to spend too much more you could still get a bare bones steel 16' for probably $5,000-$6,000.

Good luck!
