Autocross bushings

oh damn... my bad. I know whiteline is a bit limited, but superpro usually has stuff for everything... I know SBG recently became a superpro dealer, maybe they can get something off the ground with them?

dunno if it's legal but definitely get the power flex monorail for the compliance bushing. For all the other ones that see only 1 axis of movement, hard rubber or poly probably doesn't make a whole hell of a lot of difference - poly is kind of annoying to take care of even if you use a zerk fitting

i went with the energy suspension package kit and it made a night and day difference with my s2k. i bought mine with 130k miles on it and it would squeak and rattle and when i put coilovers on it, it worsened. it was an expensive job(as i got someone to do it), but well worth every penny. no squeaks, no rattles, driver confidence went up by alot, and i felt that the car was more predictable and easier to drive at the limit. not sure if it made me any faster, but the driver confidence boost probably did!

Does anyone know of any suspension bushings that can be used to replace the OEM and remain BS compliant? The only option I know of currently is to replace the entire control arm and I would rather not do that. And yes, I am one of the last few holding onto the hope and running an S2000 in BS.

If I have the choice I'll go for bonded harder rubber every time, polybushes need some very careful design to make them work anywhere close to as well.

On my first S2000 I went with Mugen compliance and rear toe links, everything else was left OEM. On my second S2000 I opted for full Mugen in all locations except for the rear upper control arms where I went Hard Race (cost prohibitive) and front upper control arms where I went Challenge (offset bushings). I've since gone entirely back to OEM to gain back some compliance. I'd be happy to talk privately about the sell of all components pre-pressed with Mugen bushings; I just have them in boxes at the moment.
