Thumbs up Autocross Stock class tire rules

For some reason I can't seem to get a straight answer to this question.....In the Stock class, are D.O.T. soft compound competition tires legal? ie. Hoosier A3S04's, Khumo Ecsta V700's

Yes. Any tire with DOT approval is legal, pretty much,

Thanks for the reply. I've read the same section and I have one hang-up with that section...the part where it says, "E. No racing tire or recap (on any casing) may be used."

I'm assuming that they mean non-DOT legal racing tires but I'm not sure...I'm just a caveman and don't understand these things.

Right. Racing tires means non-DOT tires. Also, its worth noting that no retreaded tires are allowed, period.
