i found this while browsing the NASA website. Talks about mfg recommendations for using this tire.

Yes, I posted the same data in the competition section some time ago.. but there was more people telling me they had their own waying of doing it (differently) than not.

keep in mind that Toyo pays Nasa Pro Racing to make sure that the "spec" classes use toyo tires
