Default bar vs tire size ?'s

i thought it better to learn from your experiences, so here goes,
i'm going to run some ra1's for buttonwillow, but after doing some searches im confused on tire sizes and bars. was planning on running 225 fronts and 245 rears, but seems like people say thats too much tire for the stock sway bar. so fine, i'll buy a sway bar, but since i plan on going to a 17inch wheel and tire setup, which bar will work best for the bigger 17inch ra1 sizes? 235 fronts, 255 rears, unless the 275 rear is a better choice (are they?) so could someone please clarify this and give me some bar suggestions?

I'll be trying the 235/275 17 RA1 setup this weekend at Pahrump for the first time, with the Comptech adj. bar. I'll let you know how they work. I hope they don't rub.

It's the spread of sizes that makes the bar necessary. The smaller the spread (stock is 1.5" difference), the bigger the bar needed.

Wow, that's a good amount of rubber on the road. My son and I will be sliding around on fairly new S02s. Our reasonably realistic goal is to be consistently around 2 min. Stock sway bar.

Are your RA1s shaved?
