Default Battery Tie-Down

Hey all. I went to my first ever autocross event this past Sunday and I'm hooked! I ran into one issue during tech inspection and that was with my battery tie down... it was non-existent. The plate and 2 metal rods were there but they weren't connected for some odd reason. It's currently held down with zipties so I could compete but I want to get rid of those and tie it down correctly. So I have to get replacement fasteners/nuts but I don't know what size they are. Anyone have a manual that specifies the size?
