Bedding in new brakes
All pads will squeal at times . High performance or racing pads are worse . I have racing pads on my car and at different times or different temperature they squeal . Two of the things that manufactures of productions car like is quite brakes with very little dusting . They are not looking at maximum performance and no fade at high temperatures . Noise is not a big problem but pads should not harm rotors . To cure new pads you need to increase temperature to 600F and than let cool . Don't break in new pads this way, on new rotors . New rotors require slow break-in cycle.

Applying the stuff (I don't know what to call it, technically... It doesn't exactly strike me as a lubricant.) Anyway, with the stuff on the squealing has stopped (well, except for the very last few mph, and only sometimes then.) I'm quite happy now.
