Looks like weights covered in black tape?

You'll definitely want to wrap the weights. Mine came off @ speed on the track- had a little vibration for the rest of the weekend. The centercaps will fall off on the track as well.
The lugs that come with these are not that great either - stick with stock or some $1.37 ones from a parts store with a longer shank (but of course with the acorn 60deg seat).

Ah, I see it now. My mind was tricked into thinking the tape was going INTO the wheel in a recessed area.

This is my 3rd set. I wore the last 255X4 set down to 3/32" and they were still very grippy. Best bang for the buck IMO.

Yeah I hear ya'. I lost one front centercap off a set of iForged wheels at a track day. I had to replace the other three also because they never fit right after that... very loose. That was an $80 mistake I'm using the stock black lugs.
The OEM black Honda lugs are not the correct lug for aftermarket wheels. You need a cone seat lugnut not the acorn Honda type.

I got the same set of wheels (2 sets actually). My front center rings didn't it right? Do they work on yours?
