Brake fluid, need quick answer
You can do it with less than 1 liter, if you're careful and stop bleeding individual brakes right when you start getting the new fluid at the bleed screw. But to be safe and in case you over-bleed, you should have 2 liters on hand. You'll want that extra liter for additions in the future anyway.
You should consider the ATE SuperBlue fluid. It's very easy to see when you've got the old fluid out when you swap between the stock fluid and SuperBlue and then back to the amber colored ATE fluid.

That's what I did. The ATE blue really makes it easy to see clean, clear fluid. Also, it was the first time I ever did it, so I gave quite a few pumps, just to be sure (7 or 8 after I had clear blue fluid). I basically used the whole liter, had a little bit left. If I need to bleed again, I'm sure I'll be opening the 2nd liter. Anyway, I'd get two, just in case.
