Brake issues at track...ideas?

You'll get mixed results and IMO, it's not worth the time or the effort. And yes, I've tried...

Resurfacing by turning will work when using aggressive pads. At $8 a rotor at oreilys it is hard to beat.

As others have said: Uneven pad deposits. Turn your rotors and re-bed.
