Brakes
Ok guys my mod list is in my signature and I am going to be making anywhere from 500-600WHP and I don't think I need a big brake kit, but I do need an upgrade. I wanted to find which set of rotors and pads I would need to track my car occasionally.

I have sigs turned off, so I don't know your mods, however, here's what most ppl probably will suggest to you. OEM, or aftermarket rotors and there are a few brake pads that will work such as the XP8 XP10 or Cobalt XR2 and XR5 combos, there are others, I just don't know much about them.
Sorry just copied the sig:

For that power level, if you are tracking it I would recommend a BBK since the heat is distributed over a larger surface area an will better handle/dissipate abuse and heat better than the stock system.
A lot of people in SoCal have cracked their stock rotors with heavy track abuse with only a handful of track events. I would invest in a simple Brembo "Lotus" caliper BBK option.

You only crack a rotor if you don't inspect them. You can see the cracks days before they become a serious risk.

I have nearly 400 hp and road race my s2k (as you know) and still have NO problems with the oem brakes.

Have any advice to get more longevity out of the stock rotors?
You replace them every 4-9 track days.
Hardly worth buying a many thousand dollar brake system to avoid having to buy $50 rotors.
The cracks are easy to spot and you'll feel LOTS of vibration (feels like "warped" rotors) many laps before they fail.
If you inspect them at least once an event you'll never have a failure.
