If you gave me the files, id keep it to myself and print you what ever you wanted for ever just cover shipping LOL.

I dont currently print in ABS but all I would need is about a week to calibrate my printer for it.

You do realize that this concept uses low velocity and low density air flow versus brake ducts where intakes are mounted in the front bumper of a car, do you not?

The data showed they are effective. Many high performance cars use the same concept including a McLaren 720S I saw up on a lift. Nearly every 911/boxster/cayman, Corvettes, etc. Of course, the effectiveness does depend on how low the car is to the ground. For your typical dual purpose street/track car that is at a reasonable ride height, they work well. For a dedicated track car that's an inch off the ground running a big splitter, probably not so much.

This is what they look like on my 997 Turbo. Basically a curved sheet of plastic around the front of the LCA. (Picture taken through the driver's side front wheel.)

You mean this? 00-09 S2000 Spindle Duct Kit [07043DK] - $75.00 : Lambert Automotive Performance Products

It looks like it's still meant to connect to a hose that would route to a front inlet.
