Corbeau Forza Sport install and review

I spent about an hour in the car yesterday driving it to the dyno and back, the seat was never uncomfortable, but this was mainly highway driving so didn't get to see how it feels in the twisties. If the weather holds up, may try and take it out for a drive on the weekend. The passenger side seat also arrived yesterday, I expect it to be just as simple as the drivers side to install, will keep the thread updated with my results.
The only negative, in my mind, with this seat is that it is a steel seat... so its not much lighter than the stock seats. Other than that, I have been very happy both with the install, and the overall experience with the seat.

I will update the thread with pictures of the passenger seat tomorrow, it took a little longer to install due to the added complexity of the weight sensors in the 06+ AP2 passenger seats.

This weekend got to install the passenger side Corbeau Forza Sport seat
The install took a little longer than the Driver's side seat due to complexity with the Air Bag sensor used in the 06+ cars. To ensure that the airbags stayed operational, had to remove the sensors from the stock seat rail and connect them with the new seat.
For the time being I placed the rails next to the seat to test and make sure that they would keep the airbag light off.
Took the car for a quick drive through some local twisty roads to test out the seats, and make sure no warning lights for the airbag system. Everything worked great and the wife even commented how comfortable the seats were, even better than the stock seats in her opinion. Get to try the seats out on the track this weekend, looking forward to seeing how they handle.

I had meant to add some impressions after doing a track day with the seats. The first thing I noticed is how much more I can feel what the car is doing under me compared to the stock seats, much more feedback comes through the seats. The bottom of the seat holds you firmly in place, but the upper portion still allows quite a bit of movement. That will be easily corrected once the roll bar and harnesses are installed. Overall was pleased with the seats on the track and had no back pain or fatigue after using the seats.

I did look into the CG Lock, but that seems to only lock the lap belt portion, which isn't an issue. Modifry used to make a lock that worked better, but he stopped making them. Anyhow, the harnesses will take care of that issue, so not really worth investing in something else at this time.
