Damper/alignment setting recommendations
I recently had some Ground Control coilovers and Koni Yellows installed in my MY06 S2000. I am looking for some feedback as to what I should set the damper at on the Koni Yellows (for both front and rear). Also, I will be getting a four-wheel alignment and am wondering if there are specific specs I should have it aligned to.
The car is my daily driver, but I will also autocross it once a month. Thanks for your feedback!

I've read that post several times. Those alignment specs are for an MY00-03. I am looking for MY04-06 recommendations.

Front camber: -0*30' +/- 10'
Rear camber: -1*30' +/- 10'

Thanks for providing me with the stock settings. I have a Helm's manual, so I already have that info. I am looking for the alignment specs specifically for autocrossing. Based on your avy you autocross, so I am sure you know that you don't use the stock specs for autocrossing.
max front camber
max rear camber
max castor
0 front toe
~1/8 inch rear toe in
That works pretty well for the track. May not be so good for day to day driving. With your 04+, you can keep the rear toe in near stock.
Thanks for your comments thus far. I am going to go with the following setup:
Front camber: Max (this should be about -2.5)
Front toe: 0
Front caster: ~6.5
Rear camber: match front camber
Rear toe: ~1/4" total toe in.
Front camber: Max (this should be about -2.5)
Front toe: 0
Front caster: ~6.5
Rear camber: match front camber
Rear toe: ~1/4" total toe in.

I'm no expert and because of that, I'm opening a thread pertaining to my problems/questions.

You might want to read the other thread: Alignment or Aerodynamics. Near the bottom they discuss the relationship of camber as pertains to front and rear. From their information, having the same camber front-to-rear would not be advisable.

The alignment has been done...and all I can say is dayum! The steering is ultra-sensitive now. I barely have to turn the steering wheel and the car is changing directions. Slalom portions on the autocross course will be even easier!
