Data logger question

If I'm spending the money on a data logger, I'd be sure to buy a nice one. The AIM MXL Pista is probably one of the best I've seen in terms of well... everything!
My DL1 racks up about 10MB of data in a full 25 minute session which means that with a Pista you would need to offload that data after each session (It has 8MB, I have as much as I want). It also don't have a GPS tho they keep threatening to get one which means you can't see your lines or even the track map. All you know is what the car was doing but not where it was doing it.
Add another $500 for the GPS unit and the Pista doesn't have enough memory to log an entire race with more than 1 or 2 sensors connected. You would need to go to the Pro which is in another price league again. Why not just say f*** it and drop for Motec?
