Transmission- Honda MTF, ~2 quarts
Differential- LE-607 when ambient temperatures are generally above 40 degrees farenheit, otherwise Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube 75W-90, ~1 quart

Since Honda provided convenient drain bolts for both the gear box and the differential, I change mine every other oil change, which is every 10,000 miles for me.

Since you're doing track time, you also need to flush the brake fluid routinely, and think about more frequent engine oil changes.
