I dont run boots on my stock brakes or the new brembos I just got....
its a race car though
my stock brakes didnt have boots for at least 2 seasons because they melted off the first race.
I say run it
but keep a eye on them

I've had to rebuild calipers on two different S2000s ......
It's kind of a PITA getting it all put back together, but no special tools are needed and it's really cheap.
Part 1, less than $20.

Elistan or anyone,
Can you describe how I can remove the boot and put on the new one?
Thanks.
This is a decent rebuild writeup somebody else did:

The trick part is steps 10-11, getting the piston back in.
(And I just leave the caliper bracket attached to the car.)
