and what do you guys think is best bang for buck.
car will be street with some twistes and track once in a while
so adjustable would be nice

 

Have you read the faqs at the top of this forum? There's pretty much all the info you need there although it's aimed at autocrossing. Folks that track seriously usually go for solutions other than swaybars (springs and shocks)...
