fuel starvation
Sounds like you guys are confusing two different issues.
1) When tracking the car, the fuel gauge reads high. By the time you are on fumes it can still be reading three or four bars (AP1 gauge).
2) Fuel starvation in corners when tank is not actually empty.
If the gauge is reading 1/4-1/2 full and you experience fuel starvation in the corners, that does not mean the tank is actually 1/4-1/2 full! The tank will have a lot less fuel in it than that.
