Fuel out of tank

Returnless fuel system
Im looking for the fastest and best way to empty ALL the fuel out of the tank. Im moving over to E85 and I need to get my piss gas out of the tank. Some people are stating (pull the fuel line and run the tank dry.) But I pulled the fuel that runs from the fuel rail to right below the block and nothing would come out. I would need to put the key into the acc spot to get the fuel pump to prime and then I got a lil gas but them it stops. How should I go about getting the fuel out?
