question about the template. I dont know if i am doing something wrong or what....but the piece you place into the hub bore of the wheel,...the template does not fit into it. Seems too simple to mess up,...but the only way I could make it the bell/hat portion flush was to cut 1/4" off the template which I dont know if that changes anything(maybe my printer was not to scale but I measured

Oh really? How much spacer is needed to fit them under AP1 wheels? The amount of spacer needed was always the reason I never considered this kit.

^The calipers are big but very light.
I'm test fitting a few different wheels and was surprised that the AP1 front wheels fit with a reasonable spacer.
As pictured, the AP1 front wheels are mounted with a 20mm spacer which still leaves plenty of clearance to the fender. Calipers have approximately 3mm clearance to the spokes so a 19mm or 18mm spacer might work.
I'm test fitting a few different wheels and was surprised that the AP1 front wheels fit with a reasonable spacer.
