Default Gendron bar rubbing brake lines?

My car is a 2005 with stock shocks. I have installed a Gendron front swaybar with very short endlinks. I just moved the endlinks from the 3rd softest setting to the 2nd stiffest setting and in so doing noticed that with the tires on the ground, the front brake lines touch the tops of the swaybar arms.

I am very concerned about the potential effects of this 90 degree metal edge rubbing against the rubber brake line over the course of thousands of miles.

Has anyone had this problem with the stock shocks? If so, what did you do about it?

I am guessing that when I get Penske shocks, the brake line guides will be different than the ones on the stock shocks.

Ive heard of people bending the brake line brackets. I have this bar on the 3rd softest setting with coilovers, and am not sure I can get it any stiffer, although I dont need it any stiffer...
124Spider has on full stiff with stock shocks I believe, you should ask him.
FFSkip has his stiff too, with Konis

I have a similar issue w/ my Saner bar. I can't set it on the stiffest setting because the brake line bracket is in the way (I'm using Koni Yellows). I'm thinking of bending the bracket but I'm hesitant to because if I brake it, I'm screwed and I'll have to buy a new pair of shocks (always best to buy in pairs I'm told). I think this is where a lot of the noise comes from on a Saner bar.

I had the same issues, but didn't notice until they almost rubbed through, I bent the brackets and the rubbing when away though. Still rubbing through sttering rack boots though.

I knew there was something I forgot to tell you. I removed the bracket and zip tied it higher around the shock. I'll show you what I mean, maybe over lunch?

That's what I did too.

I actually thought about that, but I'm concerned about it not staying in place, the tie breaking or some other problem resulting.

Okay, this is definitely an item for the autocross setup FAQ! I'll take another look and see what needs to be done, then write it up for Steve.

There always seems to be "one more thing" about the Gendron bar.
