I think there is a drivers meeting today or tomorrow, then they are off.
I really wanted to try that, but..... i drive the car daily that I would have to enter...... plus the S2000/elise/etc... have no chance against the vipers with professional race car drivers as pilots.
Next year in a S2000 powered-supercharged - caterham super 7 superlight.
(340hp w/ 1100lbs to haul around=3.24lbs per horsepower!!!)

First track event is tomorrow, and then 8 days of madness! Good luck the Giampiero and also the intrepid crew of our own Nick (GTRPower) with driver Emmanuel in the badass Skyline... as well as the 2 S2000 teams! Scott Alghrim w/his brother Steve... and the Sibley team - Jerry and Brian.

One Lap comes through my town from 2:00-3:00 a.m. on Sunday, but I think I'll probably miss it. However, it would be worth chasing down the pack to check out the two S2000 teams and Giampiero in his Elise

one lap is going all the way out to iowa?? what is out there?????
Lots of funny stuff gets run on the one lap!!! i think a mini cooper was the slowest last year..... the bravada can probably kicks its ass... hehe
I have not figured out where the $ is going to come from, but I would sure like to build a Caterham with S2000 power.
