Guardian Angel Motorsports at Rolex 24 Hours
(Be sure to see link at the bottom of the post!)
Well guys, we may be languishing at the bottom of the qualifying timesheets, but we're getting it done for charity!!! Speed TV did a little article on my Uncle's race team, Guardian Angel Motorsports, in the link below. Led by Bruce Ledoux, they are a bunch of guys that are driving in the event not to win, but to support charity. They are doing it to build awareness and raise money for love146, an organization that is seeking to end child slave trade and sexual exploitation along with supporting FAAN (the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network). If you have a minute, please spread the word via their website www.guardianangelmotorsports.com or posting the link below to your websites, forums or blogs. Through a love motorsport, I hope we can make an impact on these challenges.
For you s2ki'rs, I'm actually in the first photo, the goofy looking guy on the left in a tshirt, hat and glasses. Wish you guys were here in Daytona with me!! (Though I've been in my hotel all day today doing work for my day job )
My uncle (Bob Doyle) is in the white shirt ...on the right with his back to the camera:

Yeah she's still alive and kicking though. It tore off the rear bumper and dented the rear mufflers a bit, but the car has not suffered. We're moving up the field through attrition
Boy, is it loud here in Daytona....
