or just buy someone's old headlights and gut them.

I found them on ebay. I may have mine for sale soon. I'm going to try making some covers out of aluminum sheet this week. My goal is to fit an air filter in place of a headlight and not interfere with the tire.

Thanks, I'll keep checking ebay.

That's going to be a tight fit unless you can make it open directly into the engine compartment. I hope you can make it work.
