Default Help!! Need big sway bar

Just finished autocrossing in Milwaukee today. I desperately need to locate a good fat sway bar to keep my rears planted to the pavement. If someone knows who can custom manufacture a unit for me I would really appreciate it

King sells a Mugen bar that works very well. If you are really serious and want a custom bar speak with Jason Saini. He can tell you where to go.

Right now, the only real option is the Mugen (non-adjustable but under $400). There are some adjustable bars coming along but don't appear to be in time for most of this season, maybe even later.

You can buy the larger Mugen bar and then drill new holes to shorten the arm. One inch shorter calculates to about the same rate as a 1.25" solid bar.

Here are two pictures of the modification to the stock bar I did before having a larger one made. Notice I mounted the link made of two rod ends on the opposite side from stock on the lower a-arm tab . Also I drilled the hole in the bar to align with the rod-end, not parallel to the original bar end.

The bar wall thickness handles the stress with no problem. The new hole will not cause the bar to fail if you go back to the original mounting hole. Measure and align carefully before drilling the holes. Use quality bolts to attach the rod ends.
