Honda Performance Development expands benefits

This service comes in addition to Honda Racing Line members being able to purchase OEM parts at a discounted price directly through HPD.
HPD also said it’s has begun to develop and sell racing parts for the Honda Civic Si and S2000. Parts like camber and caster plates, steering and front lower-arm bushings will be designed, tested and manufactured in-house by HPD.
For parts such as antiroll bars, engine mounts and transmission differentials, HPD will work with various suppliers. Co-branding agreements with have been made Cobalt Friction Technologies for brake pads, Goodridge for brake lines and Eibach for springs.

Should be interesting to see to what extent the discount on parts will be. Mazda has a club sport program for discounted parts if you participate in a certain amount of qualified events a year. Show us your cards Honda!
I'm reading that as saying they're continuing their existing discount program, not introducing a new or expanded one. People who have signed up already have reported that the discounts are mostly underwhelming. And there's nothing about "having a team" required to qualify -- you just need to be able to provide race results and prove membership in a sanctioning body.

The point of the program is to offer support, not make it cheap. They are extremely helpful and responsive on the phone, and your order gets shipped quickly. It is cheaper than ordering through most other places. If that's underwhelming, then sorry, but it's definitely not a burden or disadvantage to being involved. They also have all the parts, not just what's visible on the diagrams.
If you want support, join; if you don't, oh well.

Kind of a dumb question but I haven't ordered anything from HPD yet...
So how do you go about getting Cobalt and Goodridge brake system parts through HPD? Just call? or contact those companies and let them know your HPD information?
