How often are you changing your oil (after/between events)?

Also agree. Based on the data here and the data collected from my last two samples sent in, i'm going to move to every year or 6 track days, which ever comes first.

Everyone's data seems to indicate that they can go longer or do what they're doing - no one is collecting data for why you should do every single track day. Instead of changing oil every single track day, get data samples for days 1, 2, and 3 and use data to make a decision.

Shell rotella t6 is $14-$19 at walmart if you catch it on a deal/sale. Still wouldn't change after every single track day - my time is more valuable now.

For track duty, Rotella T6 would not be my choice, and I love that oil. Having lost a motor on track, researching oil over the years, and sampling, I don't change oil every track day. I can't see me changing oil 15+ times a year.
