Hey guys,

My girlfriend and I autocross a decent bit and we car share our s2k. Looking at signing up for our first HPDE with NASA at the local track. Is it doable to car share your first HPDE? Wasn't sure if all the HPDE1 people need to run together or something.

They let you co-drive, but each of you will only get half the runs. At a local event two guys shared a GT350 and took turns. Not sure if they both got charged or split one entry fee though.

not sure how they will do it at your location. But in Houston TX, when I ran with NASA, HPDE1 and HPDE2 drivers were all out on track at same time. So I would assume like stated earlier, most likely each driver do 2 sessions a piece. Assuming they are cool with that.

In NASA-NE, DE1 will have an instructor, DE2 will have it's own run group and can have an instructor but will likely be solo. If one of you can get solo'd you'll be good sharing a ride.
