Default Interested in logging oil pressure/temperature... but how?

Hi folks. As I get faster around the track I'm growing more interested in logging oil pressure and oil temperature.

I know we have a dummy oil pressure sensor but I'm guessing this is not effective for logging? I have already searched and I see tons of threads about people installing gauges but I'm more interested in a programmatic way to collect data for analysis and helping me quantify supporting modifications.

How would I go about doing this?

I'm currently running a mostly stock F20C.

The easiest way that I have found would be to get a stand alone like a Haltech and wire the sensor into the Haltech itself.

Aside from that, I haven't really found any solutions. I've got oil pressure and oil temperature sensors I would love to datalog, but I haven't found any solutions other than a stand alone setup.

I run AEM infinity and am able to data log just about everything,

Look into a standalone ecu.

The other method is to use some of the data systems like AIM, Traqmate, MoTec, etc. I'm not conversant on all, but my goal for this year is data onto my Traqmate

a cheap solution for only logging for review later could be something like this http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/x...roductid=16342

you just wire your sensors into it and then collect the data for analysis later or possibly with a laptop in real time?

Good to hear, its a quite overwhelming ecu but so incredible.

I use Kenny for tuning, hes a Speed Factory now. He is still able to remote tune anywhere.

Kenny is the man. He's tuned a couple of my cars now. He did my S2k on Haltech

is the infinity pnp or do you need to buy a special harness, or does it just come with the harness?
